Standard Room, single/double occupancy $179.00 plus tax
Children under 18 years old staying in the same room as their parents are free.
A deposit equal to one night’s stay is required to hold your reservation. Such deposit shall serve to confirm the reservation for the date (s) indicated, and, upon check-in, shall be applied to the first night of the reserved stay. This deposit is refundable if notice is received at least seventy-two (72) hours prior to arrival and a cancellation number is obtained. All deposits shall be charged at the time the reservation is made.
Room Sharing Information
Email the following information to meetings@informs.org: your full name, organization, gender (male or female) and dates of reservation. Periodically, we will email the list to all individuals who have signed up. It is the user’s responsibility to then contact others on the list to determine compatibility for room sharing and make all necessary arrangements, including hotel reservations. INFORMS is providing this service solely as a service to meeting attendees and is not responsible for information provided. INFORMS disclaims all liability arising out of participants’ use of the list, including, but not limited to, theft, injury and room charges/expenses. Airport shuttle service – Airport Express
From O'Hare:
Shuttle Fare: O’Hare $23.00 one way for shared van service
Shuttles depart from O'Hare airport every 10-15 minutes for downtown service to Chicago hotels, downtown businesses, near north residential locations, and suburban locations. Our loading zones for boarding the Airport Express van are at Terminal 1 by Door E (United), Terminal 2 by Door C (Continental, Northwest, US Airways), Terminal 3 by Door E (American, Delta) and Terminal 5 (International) outside Door D across from baggage claim on the Baggage Claim level.
At the international terminal we are located just outside Door 1E which is just outside of baggage claim and Customs. The last Go Airport Express van leaves O'Hare at 11:30 pm seven nights a week. Go Airport Express Ticket Counters for purchasing tickets are located at Door 1E, Door 2D, Door 3E and Door 5D lower levels across from baggage claim on the Baggage Claim level.

Taxi - O'Hare Airport
The taxi stand can be found just outside the baggage claim area. Cab fare will be approximately $40 and you should allow 1-1 ½ hours.
From Midway
Shuttle Fare: Midway $20.70 one way for shared van service
Shuttles depart from Midway airport every 15 minutes for downtown service to Chicago hotels, downtown businesses and near north residential locations. Our airport express ticket counter and loading zone is located at Door 3, lower level across from Southwest Airlines baggage claim. Reservations from Midway to downtown are not necessary. The last Airport Express van leaves Midway at 10:30pm seven nights a week from Go Airport Express Counter Door 3, Lower Level.
