This full-day workshop, held on Sunday, provides information and practice in using the “soft skills” needed to work with people to employ the techniques of business analytics, operations research and management science. A popular feature of the meeting, the workshop follows a case study through various phases of an analysis project, providing participants with a hands-on approach to the important soft skills that can make or break a successful implementation.
Who should attend: Those who employ business analytics, operations research/management science techniques. Anyone interested in developing their interpersonal or group facilitation skills.
