Standard
Deluxe Room, single/double $145.00
Standard Deluxe Room, triple $165.00
Standard Deluxe Room, quad $185.00
Plus state and local taxes of 14%.
These
special rates are offered 3 days prior and 3 days after the
meeting dates (October 14 through October 25), subject to
availability.
Children
Children under 12 years old staying in the same room as their
parents are free. Children over 12 years old staying in the
same room as their parents will be charged an extra $20.00
per night.

Be sure to refer to INFORMS.
A deposit equal to one night~s stay is required to hold
your reservation. The deposit will confirm your reservation
for the date (s) indicated, and, upon check-in, shall be applied
to the first night of the reserved stay. This deposit is refundable
if notice is received at least 72 hours prior to arrival and
a cancellation number is obtained. All deposits will be charged
at the time the reservation is made.
Cut-Off Date
September 18, 2003
A limited number of rooms have been blocked at the special
INFORMS rate. Cut-off date is September 18, 2003. After
that date, reservations will be accepted at prevailing rates
on a space-available basis.
Parking
The
hotel features valet parking only. On three sides of the hotel,
there are parking lots with varying rates, but the lots do
not permit in and out privileges. Rates can be anywhere from
$3.75 to $15, depending on events that are taking place in
the city.
