Please Note

• All attendees, including cluster and session chairs, and speakers, must register and pay the registration fee. One-day registration fees and discounted registration fees are not available.
• Register early and save time! At the meeting, you can go to the advance registration line to pick up your materials.
• Name badges are required for all meeting functions.
• Registration fee admits you to all technical sessions, the Sunday night Welcome Reception and coffee breaks. The Tuesday evening Tango Show & Dinner is an additional fee. Specific information on the Tango event, including ticket price, can be found here.
• Other than the Welcome Reception and breaks listed above, meals are not included in the registration fee.
• Special events and tours will require extra fees. These will be listed on the registration form.
• Refunds/cancellations: must be received in writing (email or fax) no later than May 17, 2010 for a refund less $50 processing fee. After May 17, refunds will not be made.
• We also accept payment by wire/bank transfer. If you wish to pay by this method, please contact Jessica Bennett for additional information at jessica.bennett@informs.org.
