Submission deadline is February 6, 2004. Abstracts received by that date will receive preference in scheduling. Abstracts received after February 6th will be scheduled where space is available. You are permitted only one contributed abstract as the presenting author (speaker). You can be a co-author on other contributed abstracts, and you can also be a presenting author or co-author on other invited or sponsored abstracts.

If you need an early confirmation for travel or budgetary reasons, please indicate in the "comments" field on the submission form. All attendees, including speakers and session chairs, must register and pay the registration fee.

Once the preliminary program has been finalized and posted on the web, all speakers will receive an email directing them to the online program for the date and time of their presentations, registration, A/V and hotel information and other speaker information. All meeting attendees will receive a printed copy of the final program at the meeting.
