Abstract Submission
AUTHORS REGISTRATION EXTENDED TO APRIL 21
ALL Presenting Authors must register by April 21 in order for their abstracts to appear in the program. Authors can check the scheduling of their paper here and then register. We understand that there may be special circumstances (related to visa applications or other issues) that prevent an author from registering by April 21. In these cases, authors should email paulette.bronis@informs.org to explain the situation and request an extension on registration.
IMPORTANT NOTICE ON ABSTRACT SUBMISSION :
- Invited and Sponsored Abstracts
Cluster chairs, session chairs and presenting authors in Invited and Sponsored sessions can still access the online system. Scroll down and click on the appropriate link.
- NEW Contributed Abstracts
Online access for new Contributed abstracts is closed, but we will be happy to place your submission on a waiting list. We anticipate a number of cancellations over the next few weeks, which may create openings for new Contributed submissions. Individuals on the waiting list will be notified of openings as they occur (most cancellations are likely to occur at the author registration deadline, April 15, so we expect to know the number of openings shortly after that deadline). If you wish to be added to the waiting list, please email your name and full contact information, along with your paper title and abstract, to paulette.bronis@informs.org.
Abstract Size/Length:
Abstract should be 500 characters maximum (approximately 50 words), title of abstract - 100 characters maximum
