HOTEL UPDATE
The INFORMS hotel cut-off date has passed and the downtown INFORMS hotels are sold out. Here are recommendations if you have not reserved a hotel room yet:

Radisson Green Tree
Rooms are available at the Radisson Green Tree on Sunday through Wednesday; Saturday is sold out. The Radisson is 5 miles from downtown Pittsburgh. INFORMS will provide a shuttle bus service between the Radisson and Convention Center on Saturday and Sunday ONLY. The Radisson provides shuttle service to downtown at $5, based on availability at the time of request. The rate is: $119 for Sunday evening, $109 Monday through Wednesday. You can ask to have your name put on a waiting list for Saturday night. To make reservations, call 412-922-8400. Be sure to mention INFORMS.

Other Options

• Check the online services (Expedia, Travelocity, Orbitz) for hotels in the university/Oakland area (accessible by public transportation to downtown).
• If you need to arrive on Saturday, consider staying at the airport for that evening and moving to the Radisson Green Tree or a university area hotel for the other nights.
• There may be rooms available at some downtown hotels that are not in the INFORMS block (such as Sheraton Station Square), but the room rates will typically be high ($199 and higher).

Luggage Storage, Parking

• INFORMS will provide a secure luggage/coat room at the Convention Center from Saturday through Wednesday for people who need to store items.
• Parking options: (1) Convention Center, Tenth & Ft. Duquesne Blvd, rates vary depending on the number of hours, $10 for 8-15 hours, $18 for 15-24 hours; (2) 136 Ninth Street & Penn., $10 for 4-24 hours; (3) 10th and Penn, Monday-Friday only, $10 flat rate.
