Shuttle Between Hotels and Convention Center

INFORMS will operate continuous shuttles between the Convention Center and our blocked downtown hotels on all days of the conference. In addition, a shuttle between the Center and the Radisson GreenTree will be in operation on Saturday and Sunday. Pickup location at Center: street level on Tenth Street, at the East Lobby.

Omni, Doubletree, Marriott City Center, Hilton Pickup location: outside main lobby of each hotel.

Wednesday - 7:00am to 5:30pm

Every 15 minutes

Radisson GreenTree Hotel
ONLY operates on Saturday and Sunday, with scheduled departures.

• Radisson to Center: 7:30am, 8:30am, 9:30am, 12:30pm, 3:30pm
• Center to Radisson: 8:00am, 9:00am, 12:00noon, 3:00pm, 6:00pm, (9:00pm on Sunday Only)

Monday General Reception & Award Ceremony at Carnegie Museums

All buses to Carnegie Museums depart from the Convention Center. The INFORMS hotel shuttles (between the hotels and Center) will continue to operate until 7:30pm, so you can take a hotel shuttle to the Center and transfer there to a museum bus.

Departure

• From Convention Center, street level on Tenth Street.
• Departure beginning at 7:00pm, with last bus departing at 8:00pm.
• Trip to museums is 20-30 minutes.

Return

• Return beginning at 8:30pm, with the last bus leaving museums at 10:00pm.
• Drop-off locations: (1) Convention Center (for Westin and Marriott Courtyard); (2) Omni; (3) Doubletree; (4) Marriott City Center; (5) Hilton. If you are staying at a hotel not in the INFORMS block, you should go to the hotel closest to your destination and walk or take a cab from there.

Tuesday Reception at PNC Park

Buses will depart from the following locations: Convention Center (street level), Omni, Doubletree, Marriott City Center, Hilton.

Departure

• From Convention Center, Omni, Doubletree, Marriott City Center, Hilton.
• Departure beginning at 6:45pm, with last bus departing at 7:45pm.

Return

• Return beginning at 8:00pm, with the last bus leaving the Park at 9:45pm.
• Drop-off locations: (1) Convention Center (for Westin and Marriott Courtyard); (2) Omni; (3) Doubletree; (4) Marriott City Center; (5) Hilton. If you are staying at a hotel not in the INFORMS block, you should go to the hotel closest to your destination and walk or take a cab from there.
