The Westin Mission Hills Resort is a luxury, AAA Three Diamond hotel, located in a spectacular setting in upscale Rancho Mirage, just seven miles from Palm Springs Airport. The resort offers two golf courses designed by Gary Player and Pete Dye, a luxury spa and fitness center, four pools, tennis courts, a park with playground equipment, and a sculpture walk. The on-property Cactus Kids Club provides supervised activities for children ages 4-12.

Cut-off date: March 16, 2005
A limited number of rooms have been blocked at the special INFORMS rate. After March 16, reservations will be accepted at prevailing rates on a space-available basis.

Room rate: $172 single/double occupancy
This special rate includes resort services: complimentary tennis and fitness center, unlimited local and long-distance calls (toll-free, credit card and collect calls), and parking. The INFORMS rates is offered 3 days prior and 3 days after the meeting dates, subject to availability. Children under 18 staying in the same room as their parents are free.

The Westin requires that all reservations be guaranteed either by a credit card or cash/check deposit of one night’s room and tax. You may cancel your reservation without penalty up to seven days before your arrival date. There is a one-night charge if the reservation is cancelled less than seven days before the arrival date or if the guest does not check in.

An early departure fee of $75 will be charged if you check out before the date specified in your reservation without informing the hotel. If you need to depart early, advise the hotel when you check in and the early departure fee will not be charged.
