NEW Registration Rates for 2002
Registration admits you to the education, exhibit and social programs,
including continental breakfasts, lunches, evening receptions and
refreshment breaks. Registrants also receive presentation notes for every
session on the program.

Nonmember registration fees include INFORMS membership though December 31, 2002.

The student rate is available only to full-time students. Students must attach a faculty certification with their registration.

The guest fee enables your guest to accompany you to the continental breakfasts and evening receptions on the program. Attendance at sessions is not included.
Cancellations
Cancellations must be in
writing postmarked no later than April 29, 2002 for refund less a $50
processing fee. Refunds will not be made for cancellations received
after this date. If you cannot attend, you may send a substitute; you
must notify us of the substitute’s name.
