All registration rates cover the entire program, including:

		the workshop itself
		all workshop materials
		single-room hotel accommodations at the Harrison Conference Center at Lake Bluff for three nights (arrive Thursday, July 28 and depart Sunday, July 31.) Guest rooms offer two phone lines with dataports and complimentary Internet access, in-room coffee service, voice mail and USA Today delivery.
		all meals from reception/dinner Thursday through Sunday lunch (breakfast, lunch, dinner and breaks are all included)
		access to the Center's outdoor pool, basketball and volleyball courts, exercise center, nearby hiking trails and other recreational facilities.

Cancellation Policy

Before May 15, cancellation notification must be submitted in writing and payments will be refunded less a $100 processing fee. Because of the all-inclusive nature of the program, no refunds will be granted after June 1. We regret that there can be no exceptions to this policy. You may send a substitute, and must notify us in writing of the substitute's name.
