REGISTRATION OPENS SATURDAY, JUNE 13
In Toronto, you can pick up your printed program and other registration materials at the following times: Saturday, 4:00pm-7:00pm; Sunday-Tuesday, 7:00am-5:00pm; Wednesday, 7:00am-12:00pm. These are also the on-site registration hours. The CORS-INFORMS registration desk will be located in the Westin Harbour Castle, Metro Grand East, Conference Centre, level 2.
AV FOR TECHNICAL SESSIONS - BRING YOUR LAPTOP
All session rooms will be equipped with LCD projectors, but presenters must bring their laptops or make arrangements to use another presenter’s computer. If you require an overhead projector, you must reserve one in advance. Please send your name and day of presentation no later than June 10 to firstname.lastname@example.org. Overhead projectors cannot be ordered on-site at the meeting.
CREATE YOUR OWN PROGRAM ITINERARY
Before traveling to Toronto, you can select the sessions you want to attend and create your own itinerary at the online Program Search. Click on the “Search the Program” buttom on the top of this page. You can also print out selected pages of the “Print Ready Program.” (You will receive a final printed program when you collect your registration materials on-site.)

PASSPORT & VISA REQUIREMENTS
U.S. citizens must have a passport for ALL travel to and from Canada. Click here for information. BADGE REQUIRED FOR TECHNICAL SESSIONS
Your CORS-INFORMS 2009 registration badge must be worn to all meeting events. Badges will be checked at the entrance to technical session areas, and attendees without badges will be directed to the registration desk to pick up their badges and register. All attendees, including speakers and session chairs, must register and pay the registration fee.
ROOM LOCATIONS - TECHNICAL SESSIONS
The printed program you receive in Toronto will list room locations for all sessions and events, as well as provide floor plans. All technical sessions will be held at the Westin, either in the hotel (lower level, main lobby, convention level) or the Westin Conference Centre (levels 1 and 2).
Complimentary wireless Internet will be available in the Exhibit area, Metro Grand East during the meeting.
MESSAGES WHILE YOU ARE AWAY
The best way for people to reach you while you are in Toronto is to contact you directly at your hotel. Please leave your hotel phone number with your colleagues and family members. For urgent messages, call the Westin at 416-869-1600) and ask for the CORS-INFORMS registration desk. Registration staff will transcribe the message and post it on the message board located near registration. You can also contact colleagues attending the meeting using this message board. Please check the message board periodically to see if you have received a message.
