You must register for the CORS-INFORMS meeting in order to attend the GDN Meeting. On the online form, select your primary CORS-INFORMS registration first and click NEXT. You can then add the GDN Meeting and Banquet.
All attendees, including cluster and session chairs and speakers, must register and pay the registration fee.
One-day registration fees and discounted registration fees are not available.
Register early and save time! At the meeting, you can go to the advance registration line to pick up your materials. Onsite registration will be located in the Westin, Conference Centre-Level 2, Metro Grand East. You can pick up your printed program and other materials on: Saturday, 4:00pm-7:00pm; Sunday-Tuesday, 7:00am-5:00pm; Wednesday 7:00am-12:00pm.
Name badges are required for all meeting functions.
Registration fee admits you to all technical sessions, the Sunday night Welcome Reception, Monday night night General Reception, coffee breaks and the exhibit area.
Other than the receptions listed above, meals are not included in the registration fee.
*Guest fee entitles guests to attend the two receptions. Guests may not attend technical sessions.
Special events and tours may require extra fees. These will be listed on the registration form.
Refunds/cancellations: must be received in writing (email or fax) no later than June 1, 2009 for a refund less $50 processing fee.
