Modified Fictitious Play & General Matrix Games

WD28.2 Modified Fictitious Play & General Matrix Games Pablo Zafra, Saul I. Gass, Ziming Qiu --- Kean Coll. of NJ, Dept. of Math., Union, NJ 07083 ,
We describe a modification of Brown's fictitious play method for solving general matrix (0-sum, 2-person) games. The basic idea is to transform the given matrix into an equivalent symmetric game and use the solution properties of symmetric games (the game value is 0 and both players have the same optimal strategies).
