Submission Guidelines
The INFORMS International Committee invites you to submit an abstract for this exciting conference, being held June 24-27, 2012 in Beijing China. Submissions in all areas of the OR/MS field, broadly defined, are welcome. We particularly encourage submissions in areas that illustrate the use of OR/MS in keeping with the theme “OR/MS for a Sustainable World.” Please note that only one contributed abstract will be accepted from the same presenting author.
Registration Required to Present - Visa Information
All attendees, including speakers and session chairs, must register and pay the registration fee. If you need an early confirmation for visa or budgetary reasons, please indicate this in the “Comments” field on the online form.
Submission Deadline: February 13, 2012
We encourage you to submit early, well before the February 13 deadline.
Program Online
Once the Committee has scheduled the program for talks, the schedule will be posted online in early April 2012. All authors will receive an email directing them to the online program for the date and time of their presentations, registration, A/V, hotel information and other speaker guidelines.

Invitation to Organize a Session
The Beijing Committee welcomes proposals for new Invited Sessions. If you would like to organize an Invited Session of 3-5 papers, please send an email indicating the title of your session to: David Yao, Program Chair and/or Xin Chen, Invited & Sponsored Sessions Chair. Please also copy Ellen Tralongo on your email. |
