The Welcome Reception is held on the first evening of the meeting in the Exhibit Hall and brings together all participants at the beginning of the meeting. Participants can also browse the exhibits. Monday and Tuesday
Researchers, practitioners and students share their work in OR/MS in these sessions featuring poster displays, laptop demonstrations or other creative formats. Sessions will be held in or near the Exhibit Hall during lunch breaks on Monday and Tuesday when no other sessions or events are scheduled. Presenters will be available to meet attendees and discuss their work. Two awards will recognize the best presentations. Recognition: General sponsor benefits listed above. Email Center $2,500 per day
Showcase your company’s logo on the opening screen of 35 computers at our always-packed email center, located in a high-traffic area. Further recognition is provided in the wireless access areas. Refreshment Breaks $1,500/session
