Vice President of Data Science, Advanced Analytics and Business Intelligence at Fandango
Reeto Mookherjee serves as vice president of data science, advanced analytics and business intelligence at Fandango, a Comcast/NBCUniversal portfolio company. He has over 13 years of experience in the design, development, implementation and use of analytic decision support tools, primarily in pricing, revenue management, and predictive sales and marketing disciplines in sectors such as retail, media & entertainment, e-commerce, online travel and hospitality, wholesale trade, industrial and high tech manufacturing. He has over 8 years of experience in recruiting, developing, managing and leading distributed teams of professionals across the globe for two Fortune 100 companies and has built their award-winning data science/machine learning/pricing and analytics practices from the ground up. Reeto holds a Ph.D. in operations research from Penn State and a M.S. in systems engineering from Boston University and an INFORMS Edelman laureate.

Fandango 360: Data Driven Movie Marketing and Content Recommendations Platform
Fandango has built a targeting, attribution and personalization platform, Fandango360. In this talk, we outline the building blocks of this platform. These blocks fall into three groups:
- Stitching together cross-device cross platform digital and offline interactions of users and creation of a probabilistic user graph
- Surfacing predictive behavioral and affinity segments with millions of micro-segments at scale, and
- Generation of propensity scores for known and unknown (cookie) users to future movie slates.
We will conclude the talk with some of the performance marketing results, insights and learnings stemming from some of the studios using this platform in the 12 months or so in 70+ movie marketing campaigns.
