Vice President, Data & Artificial Intelligence at ECS

Aaron Burciaga is the vice president of Data and Artificial Intelligence (AI) at ECS. He is responsible for building the company’s data, AI and machine learning (ML) capabilities and strategy and works closely with ECS’s national security and intelligence divisions to develop AI/ML solutions for ECS’ federal and commercial customers. Mr. Burciaga also leads the Analytics Center of Excellence at ECS.

Prior to joining ECS, Mr. Burciaga was the global operations director for analytics and artificial intelligence at HCL Technologies. In this role, he built a high-performing global network of data scientists, AI/ML engineers, data engineers, and analysts. Together they developed strategies to revolutionize data management in order to efficiently harvest and synthesize data for quick and accurate delivery.

A veteran of the Iraq War, Mr. Burciaga served as an officer in the United States Marine Corps (USMC). As a reservist, he continued to serve through 2019 as the lead data technologist at USMC headquarters, assisting the service’s chief information officer. Mr. Burciaga has a Bachelor of Science degree from United States Naval Academy and a Master of Science in Operation Research from the Naval Postgraduate School.

Senior Data Scientist at Fortune Brands GPG

Michael Prokle leads Supply Chain Data Science at Fortune Brands GPG. He is responsible for developing and implementing a clear vision and strategy to employ supply chain data science to improve customer experience, costs, and inventory productivity for GPG Brands. In his role, he solves difficult non-routine problems and develops end-to-end data science solutions to elevate Supply Chain’s advanced analytics capabilities.

Prior to joining to Fortune Brands GPG, Mr. Prokle worked as data scientist at Philips Research in Cambridge, MA. In this role, he developed innovative systems, tools and applications that tackle the most pressing challenges in clinical operations and population health management. In addition, Mr. Prokle taught at Northeastern University in the Analytics and Enterprise Intelligence program.

Mr. Prokle graduated with a BS and MS in Business Engineering from the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology, Germany, and holds an MS and a PhD in Industrial Engineering & Operations Research from the University of Massachusetts Amherst. He also studied Innovation and Entrepreneurship at the Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm, Sweden.

Manager of Supply Chain Analytics at Ford Motor Company

Andrew Henry is the Manager of Supply Chain Analytics at Ford Motor Company and holds a PhD in Operations Research from Virginia Tech.

Throughout his career Andrew has focused on working with business partners to identify opportunities and deliver advanced analytic solutions that create business value. Andrew has held various positions at Ford including Optimization Specialist, and Manager of Data and Analytics for Ford of China.

In his current role as Manager of Supply Chain Analytics, Andrew is responsible for Ford’s Global Data, Insights and Analytics team delivering analytics capabilities to improve decision making for material planning and logistics, vehicle order to deliver process, and vehicle complexity management.

Director Global Supply Chain Strategy at WESCO

Shreyas is responsible for leading and managing the development of solutions within strategic network design and advanced analytics domain. He has been with WESCO for 3 years and has worked on large-scale projects leveraging his skills in supply chain design, operations research, process design and business analytics.

Prior to joining WESCO, Shreyas worked for Armada: a supply chain solutions company where he was responsible for developing supply chain solutions with leading food service brands. Prior to that Shreyas worked at Philips Healthcare and Lam Research Corporation. He has 18 years of supply chain experience in both domestic and international markets.

Shreyas holds MBA from Tepper School of Business – Carnegie Mellon University, a Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Oklahoma State University, Stillwater and Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from TKIET, India.

Shreyas is a visiting adjunct faculty at Duquesne University – Master’s in supply chain management program. He is also an APICS Certified Supply Chain Professional.
