Buses will pick up participants at the Omni Hotel at 3PM. After each field trip, busses will transport participants to Vanderbilt for a reception and a short discussion with hospital executives. Buses will return to Omni Hotel before 7PM.
Capacity for each destination is limited to 50 and available on a first-come-first served basis.

  • All attendees, including cluster and session chairs and speakers, must register and pay the registration fee. One-day registration fees and discounted registration fees are not available.
  • Register early and save time! At the meeting, you can go to the advance registration line to pick up your materials.
  • On-site registration will be available at the hotel.  More information coming soon.
  • Name badges are required for all INFORMS functions.
  • Registration fee admits you to all technical sessions, the Wednesday evening reception, the networking luncheon, coffee breaks, and the exhibit area.
  • Other than the lunch and reception listed above, meals are not included in the registration fee.
  • Special events may require extra fees. These will be listed on the registration form.
  • Refunds/cancellations: must be received in writing (email or fax) no later than June 15, 2015 for a refund less $50 processing fee.
