Answer: The conference starts with the pre-meeting events on Saturday, November 12. The official start of the Annual Meeting is November 13 at 8am. There will be a Welcome Reception on Sunday night at 7:30pm. The conference closes after the final session on Wednesday afternoon at 6pm.
Answer: Yes. We do accept purchase orders or wire transfer payments for registration. Registration can be completed online by using a Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express card only. To register by wire transfer please email firstname.lastname@example.org.

Answer: Cancellations can be made through October 21, 2016 ($75 processing fee applies). Any nonmember cancellations will only receive a meeting registration fee refund. Membership fees are not refundable.
Answer: Nonmember fees include INFORMS Membership. INFORMS membership is currently based on anniversary date so your membership will begin the first of the month following your conference registration. Answer: There is no discounted rate for abstract presenters (oral or poster). All speakers are required to register by September 16th or their submission will be pulled from the program. All costs associated with the conference by the attendee and or presenter.
Answer: No. There are ticketed workshops and special lunches during the conference that include lunch and tickets and may be purchased for an additional fee.
Answer: Yes. Offer applies to guest to spouses or significant other (admits guest to 2 evening receptions). Anyone wishing to attend the sessions must register at the regular rates.
Answer: No. There are no single day rates for the meeting.
