The 2016 INFORMS Annual Meeting will take place at the Music City Center and Omni Nashville Hotel, located in downtown Nashville, Tennessee.

All changes and cancellations must be made via the Nashville Housing Bureau through end of day on Wednesday, October 12, 2016. Beginning Thursday, October 13, all modifications and cancellation requests need to be made via the hotel.

Beginning Thursday, October 13, the hotel reserves the right to charge a deposit of one nights room and tax. You have up to 72 hours prior to your scheduled arrival to cancel with no penalty. All cancellations received within 72 hours will forfeit the penalty of one nights room and tax.
