The speaker registration deadline is Monday, August 31, this includes poster presenters. If speakers are not registered by Tuesday, September 1, the speaker will be notified that the presentation will be removed from the program.

As a benefit of membership, you may register at the discounted rate for one Annual Meeting and one Analytics Conference during your 12-month membership period. Your INFORMS membership must be active and in good standing at the time of the meeting to qualify for the member rate for registration. If your membership expires prior to the meeting, please go to the Self Service Center to renew.

Looking to add a Guest?
Guest Price $120
Guest fee entitles guests to attend the two receptions. A Guest is a conference attendee’s family/spouse/partner/friend who want to travel with the attendee but not necessarily attend the conference. Guests may not attend technical sessions.
Note the following requirements before completing your Conference Registration:
- This meeting is governed by the INFORMS Code of Conduct Policy and is strictly enforced. Please review the INFORMS Code of Conduct Policy prior to registering.
- Your INFORMS membership must be active and in good standing at the time of the meeting to qualify for the member rate for registration. If your membership expires prior to the meeting, please click here to renew.
- All attendees, including cluster and session chairs and speakers, must register and pay the registration fee. One-day registration fees and discounted registration fees are not available.
Name badges are required for all INFORMS functions. Registration fee admits you to all technical sessions and subdivision business meetings, the Sunday night Welcome Reception, Tuesday night General Reception, coffee breaks, and the exhibit area. Other than the receptions listed, meals are not included in the registration fee. Special events and tours may require extra fees. These will be listed on the registration form. By registering for and attending the 2020 INFORMS Annual Meeting in National Harbor, MD you grant INFORMS the right to use your name and photograph in INFORMS educational, news, and promotional material, whether in print, electronic, or other media, including the INFORMS website.
Refunds/cancellations: must be received in writing (email or fax) no later than October 19, 2020 for a refund less $100 processing fee.
Additional Terms and Conditions Due to Coronavirus Outbreak
Due to the COVID-19 virus outbreak, INFORMS is following CDC government advice (https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/index.html) on the planning, postponement and cancellation of any events.
The Annual Meeting in November continues to run as scheduled, however we will monitor and assess the situation over the coming months. Notice of any cancellations will be posted on our website and delegates advised accordingly.
In case of a cancellation due to COVID -19, registrants will receive a full refund of the fees paid to INFORMS. INFORMS is however not responsible for any travel, hotel or any other costs that registrants may have incurred.
