Although the conference hasn’t officially started, one group is already hard at work. Today three colloquia take place: Doctoral Student, New Faculty & Teaching Effectiveness. I attended the reception last night and the breakfast this morning and these are enthusiastic participants! If you see someone wearing a colloquia ribbon, introduce yourself and give them a chance to practice their 3-minute elevator speech.
