Any registration amendments and/or cancellations must be notified in writing to INFORMS. Conference registration cancellations received in writing by September 11, 2018 will be refunded in full, minus the $50 administration fee. Cancellations received after the September 11, 2018 date will not receive refunds. In addition, INFORMS membership must be active and in good standing at the time of the meeting to qualify for the member rate for registration.
If your membership expires prior to the meeting, please go to the Self Service Center to renew.
*Student Registration: For student registration, the applicant must scan and upload a copy of his/her student ID and a letter from a faculty member stating that the student is a current full time student at the institution. If you are unable to upload, please email documents to firstname.lastname@example.org.
