**Note: All fees should be paid in U.S. dollars. Checks and wire transfers should be in U.S. dollars and drawn through a U.S. bank. Wire transfers may incur a $25.00 wire transfer fee. Foreign transaction fees may apply when using a U.S. Credit Card.

Note: If you are not a CORS or INFORMS member, you need to pay non-member fees. Paying non-member fees does not automatically make you a CORS or INFORMS member. For a non-member who wishes to become a CORS or INFORMS member, first you have to become a member to do so:

*Guest Policy

Registered Guests may include family members (16 years of age or older) or friends who are not in the industry. A coworker or an associate within the industry may NOT register as a guest but may register as an attendee. Guests are not permitted to attend any portion of the Technical Program.

Please Note

• All attendees, including cluster and session chairs, and speakers, must register and pay the registration fee. One-day registration fees are not available.
• Early registration rate ends May 15th (rates increase after this date)! At the meeting, you can go to the advance registration line to pick up your materials.
• Name badges are required for all meeting functions.
• Registration fee admits you to all technical sessions, the Welcome Reception and coffee breaks. Other than the Welcome
• Reception and breaks listed above, meals are not included in the registration fee.
• Special events and tours will require extra fees. These will be listed on the registration form.
• Refunds/cancellations: must be received in writing (email or fax) no later than May 15, 2015 for a refund less $50 processing fee.
• Last day to register online is June 12th (badge and meeting materials picked up onsite).
• We do accept payment by wire/bank transfer. If you wish to pay by this method, please contact informs@informs.org.
  

What to Expect after Completing your Conference Registration

You should receive two emails to the address provided during your conference registration immediately after your online registration has been completed.
