Booth Purchase Details

[su_accordion][su_spoiler title=”What is the cost of a tabletop exhibit space?”]$1500[/su_spoiler][su_spoiler title=”Is there a discount on a second  table?”]No[/su_spoiler][su_spoiler title=”What is included with the exhibit space?”]A 6’ draped table and two chairs will be provided.  You are welcome to bring your own banner, drape or pull-up display as long as it does not obstruct other exhibit spaces.[/su_spoiler][su_spoiler title=”Are there sponsorship and exhibit bundles available?”]Yes, Platinum level ($10,000) and Gold ($7,500) include an exhibit table.[/su_spoiler][su_spoiler title=”How many booth staff  are included with an exhibit table? “]One complimentary full conference registration for each exhibit space purchased is included with your booth.  Please provide the booth staff information to michelle.farace@informs.org.[/su_spoiler][su_spoiler title=”Where do I pick-up my registration materials? “]Registration in the Grand Promenade will be open from 2pm-5pm on Saturday, June 11, from 8am-5pm Sunday-Tuesday and from 8am-1pm on Wednesday, June 15.[/su_spoiler][su_spoiler title=”How do companies register to exhibit?”]Go to https://services.informs.org/registration/register.php?meeting_id=8®type=exhibitor[/su_spoiler][su_spoiler title=”What is the cancellation policy?”]The full exhibit fee must accompany the application and contract. Exhibitors who cancel a contract in writing, postmarked by April 13, 2016, will receive a refund of fees paid less a $250 cancellation fee. There will be no refunds for cancellations after April 13, 2016. The exhibit tables will be located in an open area with no overnight security guard on duty. We advise you to remove any small equipment (i.e. laptops)  at the conclusion of each day. INFORMS as well as the Hilton Waikoloa Village  will not be liable for any loss, theft or damage to any equipment.

Attendee Information/Lead Retrieval

We are committed to ensuring our exhibitors gain the value and ROI they are seeking whether that is lead retrieval, brand awareness or other business objectives.  We strongly believe that INFORMS offers a great value to our exhibitors in low cost exhibit space.

[su_accordion][su_spoiler title=”Can I obtain a list of conference attendees? “]INFORMS does not distribute or provide conference attendee lists or directories but exhibitors can collect leads onsite through the free badge reader available within the mobile app.  Platinum and Gold Sponsors have access to a one-time use opt-in participant list.[/su_spoiler][su_spoiler title=”How do I email conference attendees?”]This opportunity is available to Platinum and Gold Sponsors only.[/su_spoiler][su_spoiler title=”How can I get the mobile app for this conference?”]Available one week prior to the conference (Android through Google Play, Apple through App Store).  Just search for ‘INFORMS Meetings’.[/su_spoiler][su_spoiler title=”What is the badge reader?”]A great value is the free lead retrieval system now available through our badge reader located within our mobile app.  The conference mobile app will be available for download several days prior to the conference.[/su_spoiler][su_spoiler title=”What information on each attendee will be available when I scan a badge?”]It depends on how each attendee set their preferences in their INFORMS account. It could be – Name, title, company name, and email address. Phone numbers are not provided due to privacy considerations.[/su_spoiler][su_spoiler title=”What if contact information is missing on the badges that I have scanned?”]Information for those who opt out of inclusion of the badge reader during the registration process will not be displayed.[/su_spoiler][/su_accordion]
